I have lived in the College Park Townhomes community for almost 3 years. Every experience I have had with Melissa (our landlord) and the maintenance Team, has been an amazing experience! I recommend my friends and clients every chance I get! Melissa really cares about her tenants and their families. I am blessed to be a part of the community.

I don't have enough good things to say about College Park. First off Melissa is wonderful to work with. She was always very professional and could always answer any question I had. The maintenance staff especially Steve were awesome, and very quick to address any problem I had, they even shovel your driveway for you in the winter which is awesome. The housing itself is very nice, great layout of the place itself and very decent sized rooms. Also in my time I've lived here never heard my neighbors once. Love living here couldn't recommend it more.
